I want there to be more awareness around mental health issues being addressed
I want there to be more education in schools about mental health
I want there to be more support within school hours
I want the teachers to go on courses regarding mental health to broaden their understanding so they can help and support students better
I want the government or parliament to do this because too many school children are taking their lives due to being failed by schools and teachers due to lack of education and awareness around the subject.
I also want the government and parliament to bring in more support for school children. for example this could be more safe places where students can go if they feel overwhelmed during school hours or more school counsellors

- how to recognise and talk about their emotions
- how to judge whether what they are feeling and how they are behaving is appropriate and proportionate
- simple self-care techniques
- where and how to seek support (including recognising the triggers for seeking support)
