Have MPs lead by example, and house asylum seekers
Our MPs have been telling us to aid the asylum seekers fleeing across the channel, and as such, I believe they should lead by example, and help out by either them personally.
The Cost of Living Crisis has hit all of us, and the upkeep of housing the asylum seekers coming across the channel is continuing to rise. As such, I firmly believe that people will be more willing to house these people themselves if our MPs did so first. By doing so, we should be able to alleviate burden the Cost of Living has placed upon millions of families in the UK.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about whether to take asylum seekers into their homes are a matter for individuals, including individuals MPs, not the UK Government or Parliament.
