Increase women's pay so that it is equal to men's pay
I would like the government to increase women's pay so that it is equal to men's
I want this to happen because it is unfair that men and women do the same jobs but don't get paid the same

We understand that you are concerned about the wage gap between men and women, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
It is already illegal to pay an employee less because of their sex, and there are requirements for some employers to report on their gender pay gap.
