Let secondary school teenagers express their religious views.
Allow teenagers, or people in general, express their religious freedom without them getting in trouble with the law.
Recently, I was told that I can get the police called on me, by my own school, due to my religious views against the LGBTQ community.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
People already have a right to freedom of religion, as set out in the Human Rights Act, and it is unlawful to discriminate against someone on the basis of their religion.
There are offences for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and we could accept a petition calling for these offences to be revoked, if that's what you want to happen.
