help us prevent. how bad football hooliganism is and what we can do to stop it.
we would like you to discuss this problem because many people are being hurt at football matches. And it should not make people afraid of going to a game and being concerned about being hurt.
We would like you to do this because this is a major problem in football and it should be stopped so people wont get hurt or even be afraid to go to a football match.

We understand that you're concerned about hooliganism at football matches, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
The Government and Parliament are responsible for legislation setting out criminal offences, including those which apply specifically to football matches, but law enforcement, including at football matches, is the responsibility of local police forces.
