Have "None of the above" added as an option on all ballot papers
Add a "None of the above" option to the ballot paper at all general elections
I believe that there is an emerging majority in the country who don't feel represented by any party. But I don't think they are listened to as they have no real way to demonstrate this come election time. By allowing people to vote "None of the above" it empowers them to explicitly express their discontent with the political system. This is wholly different to spoiling your ballot which can be done by accident or other event. This would force politicians to respond.
