Stiffer sentence for Katy Gammon
We feel the sentence handed out to Katy Gammon for the cruelty showed to the dog that she killed is unjust and unfair. It is too lenient for the cruelty shown

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Sentences that appear to be unduly lenient cannot be referred through the E-Petitions website. If you believe a sentence given in a Crown Court appears to be very low, or unduly lenient, anyone can contact the Attorney General's office asking for the sentence to be reviewed as long as it is within 28 days of sentencing. It also only takes one person to make such a request.
The offence for which Katy Gammon was sentenced does not fall within the Unduly Lenient Scheme and cannot therefore be refrred to the Court of Appeal
