Let students in uk schools use their phone without it being taken off them
Let students use there phones in schools without being taken off them for example if a student is on the phone to there parent and a teacher takes it off them
Yesterday my daughter had her phone taken off her by the headmaster and i don’t think she should of had it taken off her she phoned me crying because she is going through some things at the moment

Decisions about school behaviour policies, including when students are allowed to use their phone, and whether to confiscate phones, are a matter for individual schools, not the UK Government or Parliament.
If you are unhappy with your daughter's school's policy you should raise this directly with the school.
