Make Child Benefit rules for separated parents reflect active time with parents
I have lost Child Benefit for my children because their primary home is with their father. This will have a massive impact on my finances.
I want the Government to change who gets priority for Child Benefit, so that active time during the day is considered, and not just who a child lives with.
I believe it is not fair that Child Benefit is given to the parent with whom a child primarily lives, without considering how much active time a child spends with each parent. Please change these rules to reflect the active time children spend with parents.
