Make parents accountable of children under 18 and fine them.
To bring in legislation and that law that parents will be held accountable and fined for their children’s bad behaviour and criminal actions in public.
With the scourge of anti social behaviour in community’s and some children under the age of 18 behaving in a feral manner with disregard for law and consequences, we need some form of deterrent that will have parents making sure their children behave better in society and fining parents should help make parents control their unruly children more so the law abiding citizens don’t suffer in community’s at the hands of feral yobs.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There are already provisions for parents of offenders under the age of 18 to pay fines in relation to offences committed by their children. These are set out in the Sentencing Act 2020.
Decisions about whether to impose a fine for offences committed by under 18s are a matter for the courts.
