Force hotels to not change towels or empty bins every day.
It's now a discretion of the hotel to change or not the towels of the guests, and there are still many hotels that change them every day. There should be an enforcement for which hotels should NOT change towels and empty bins every day (unless dirty/full).
Changing towels and empty bins every day is a waste of resources, and the planet really doesn't need this at the moment.

Decisions about how often to change towels and empty bins are a matter for individual hotels, not the UK Government or Parliament.
