All public sector salaries to be less than the Prime Minister's

Additional Information

There is no job in the public sector that is more important than the Prime Minister. He runs a country. So he should earn more than anyone else in the public sector.

The action the government should take therefore is to review all salaries in the public sector so that the Prime Minister's salary is the highest and all positions are benchmarked accordingly.
