Emergency services required by excess consumption of alcohol to be charged by overstretched NHS
With the pressure mounting on the overstretched NHS due to the increase in demand for emergency services and government cuts dropping down like a tonne of bricks on departments and taxpayers, increased responsibility and accountability is required from all involved.
The emergency services should be channeled to when it is most needed the sick, old , pregnant, disabled and vulnerable should be the priority of the emergency services.
Binge drinking, underage drinking and irresponsibility leading to excess consumption of alcohol that require emergency services should be CHARGED to help contribute to the emergency services or reduce the stress on the NHS.
With Britain undergoing a financial transformation more responsibility and accountability is required from us all to get the country back to where it belong.
