Fine Hospital and Gp patients who do not attend their appointments

Additional Information

If patients do not attend an appointment they should be charged for the appointment wasted, dentists charge.
Patients continually moan there are a lack of appointments available but there are so many appointments wasted by patients not cancelling if they cannot attend.
