Reduce the age of retirement for Teachers.
I want to discuss the impact of this job over time on the health of individuals and consider this is not a job that can be done for life and this needs to be reflected in the years of service and age to retire.
Have an option for people who are lifelong teachers to retire earlier than the National Age.
My suggestion a full time teacher should be able to retire at 57 for Women and 60 for men.
This could be backed with an alternative for example 30 years of full time service could also qualify for early retirement.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure if your petitions is about the State Pension age, the teachers' pension scheme, or both.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
