Ban full repairing and insuring (FRI) leases for commercial properties

Petition Details

Under full repairing and insuring (FRI) leases the tenant is responsible for the cost of all the repairs and upkeep of the property and also the cost of buildings insurance. We believe this is unfair, and landlords should not be able to make tenants responsible for their properties.

Additional Information

Please stop landlords taking advantage of tenants and independent businesses and ban full repairing and insuring (FRI) leases.
