DO NOT pay the Ukraine gas bill without obtaining a mandate by referendum of the taxpayers of this country.

Additional Information

We know you will tell us how good for the country it will be if you were to do this - especially if you don't take it out of the existing Foreign Aid Fund and borrow the money to be able to do it - but we STILL want an opportunity to approve or refuse this payment BECAUSE IT'S OUR MONEY AND NOT YOURS!
