Make Hereford local council build a desperately needed by-pass
Force Hereford council to build a by-pass, they continually spend public money on over priced rubbish that can be purchased for 50% less than they pay. they have allowed 1000's of houses to be built but are not prepared to built roads to support extra the two cars per house.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about local roads are a matter for individual local authorities, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could raise your issue with a local councillor who represents you. You can find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them, by entering your post code here: www.gov.uk/find-your-local-councillors
