Make parking in disabled bays in the street illegal without a blue badge.
To make it illegal
People without a blue badge are abusing the disabled bays. In my street people park in our disabled bay, and when my sister comes back with my mum, they have to park at the end of our street because there are so many cars. She has to struggle to get home and she is also on oxygen.
