Make the school day an hour longer - making it so Friday is part of the weekend.
I would want the Government to make the school day longer by one hour ( either by one extra lesson or longer breaks) allowing Friday to be part of the school weekend. They could do this by making it so we have double Science/English/Maths every day interchangeably.
I think it would be crucial for Parliament to debate this as all of the children that I (myself as a child) talk to say that they are: stressed as they don’t have time for homework in weekends, they don’t feel like they school week allows them to be kids and have fun on weekends (as it is usually taken up with work on Saturday and also with preparing for the next school week on Sunday) and that they do have a break from school because it takes up the weekend.
