Give health workers on AfC in the community the bonus/lump sum payment
Currently those working on agenda for change contracts in the community are not being given the bonus/lump sum payment in addition to their 5% pay rise. This is hugely unfair
I believe all workers on agenda for change should be given the 5% pay rise and the bonus/lump sum payment. Currently only those working for an NHS Trust are receiving it,which means those in community nursing etc are not. We work just as hard and if we are on the same terms and conditions as are acute colleagues then we should be getting the same pay and benefits
