Make it Law for Companies to offer at least one Term Time position of employment
By having every company in the UK offering at least one Position of employment with a Term Time contract it will not only create more Job opportunities, but it will help those Parents who want to work but cannot as they have no access to child minding facilities for over the school holidays.
Companies will benefit from this, as they are hiring people that want to be there and they might find their businesses grow for the better.
The Government will benefit as it gets more people back to work meaning less money being paid via Universal Credit
