The government must get approval from the British people regarding the WHO!
Before the British government allow the WHO to implement any new rules, regulations or laws onto the British people they must first hold a referendum to gain approval/disaproval for any actions involving the WHO!
The people of this country have an absolute right to be consulted by way of referendum regarding any actions that an external body such as the WHO wish to implement on its people.
The population of the UK have already suffered several lockdowns and many knew regulations that were imposed by the UK government so it is imperative that before the government allow an outside agency such as the WHO to implement any rules and regulations the people must be consulted.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about actions that may be taken by the World Health Organisation, but we're not sure if you want the Government to hold a referendum on the UK's membership of the World Health Organisation, or specific measures that are being considered by the World Health Organisation.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
