Stop ULEZ expansion
Adopt a resolution to stop Ultra Low emission zone expanding up to M25 because it is not in the interest of the millions of people living within M25 area and this will put a great burden on most vulnerable people.
1.Impact on Residents’ Financial Burden: The ULEZ expansion will impose additional costs on residents
2.Accessibility and Mobility: The ULEZ expansion might limit the mobility and accessibility of individuals
3.Alternative Solutions: exploring alternative strategies that could effectively reduce emissions without imposing significant hardships on residents.
4.Disproportionate Impact on Low-Income Communities: the ULEZ expansion may disproportionately affect low-income communities
