Ensure that ALL Nurses on AFC,working for a non NHS employer receive the bonus.
Treat all Nurses fairly and pay the full pay increase of 5% and the bonus top up to ALL Nirses who are on Agenda For Change, even if they work for a non NHS employer.
Because all Nurses should be treated equally and fairly. Most of us worked through the Pandemic when other services closed their doors. Even though we work for external companies, we treat NHS Patients, are on AFC, have NHS emails and pay into an NHS Pension, we are exempt form the bonus aspect of the pay deal.
