Fund the non-consolidated NHS payment for all community services
Give funding to all community run NHS services so that their staff can receive the non-consolidated payment.
You are not funding the one off payment.
This will damage the morale and structure of teams in the community and lead to unsafe staffing levels which will directly affect patient care.
We worked through covid just the same as any other service and feel completely de-valued by the disparity of this decision to provide for some but not others at a very difficult time.
This directly contradicts the 'pay rise for all' promise from the government as we are part of agenda for change.
