To end the Breed specific legislation
To end the Breed specific legislation and to instead proceed to penalize owners and their dogs based on their individual circumstances and not by breed. Also to be more responsibility for the owner and backstreet breeders
Figures have shown that dog attacks are on the rise regardless of this legislation. Hundreds of innocent dogs are killed each year due to their physical appearance and not by circumstances. No dog are born to be dangerous or vicious and no dogs life means less than other dogs.
Every dog attack report should be fully investigated before any permanent actions are taken (destroyed or killed) and should be deemed untrainable by a professional before the dogs life is taken
