A review into whether the legal system is fit for purpose in pursuing sexual abuse cases.
We believe the present legal system is increasingly incapable of delivering justice to victims of sexual abuse, particularly historic sexual abuse.
We ask for reform of the process by which such cases are prosecuted and judged.
We ask that evidence be taken from all those involved, including the Police, Crown Prosecution Service, lawyers, victims and victim support groups, the accused, convicts, judges, forensic psychiatrists, the media and and social workers.
We ask that such a review be conducted by a group that reflects gender equality.
