Change the law implement a new law To stop a parent taking their children
Change or implement a new law that makes it criminal and impose fines and compensation . Which would deter any parent withholding access to the children to the other parent without safeguarding concerns
Only uk government can do this .
It's a very important and and very under looked situation it's somthing that needs changing .
Although there is similar petitions out here I would want this to go through aswell.
