subsidy payments for on farm AD

Additional Information

there should be no subsidy for on farm AD systems that take land otherwise used for food production either directly for human consumption or for animal feed. we in the west country have already seen an increase in price for animal feed which is driving up milk and meat production costs, and the plants have not been built yet.
