Start on the spot fine for spitting on the street.
We would like to see on the spot fines for spitting on the streets, Anti spitting advertisements on the street and deterrents. Spitting spreads diseases and in London now you cannot walk down the road without walking through copious amounts of flem! Keep our children safe!
