Change people being able to drop out of house sales after acceptance of offer
The law to be changed to ensure once an offer is accepted you cannot pull out of a house sale.
I was in the process of selling and buying a property. We were due to exchange in a weeks time when the person at the bottom of a small chain pulled out causing the whole chain to break. Due to this happening many people are left out of pocket as have paid for things such as searches.
