End the convention of a Prime Minister’s resignation honours list immediately.
I am asking Parliament to stipulate that, on and from the 12th of June 2023, no Prime Minister may on his or her resignation submit a resignation honours list and any such list submitted shall not be actioned.
Resignation honours lists are rewards for personal services or relationships to the resigning Prime Minister and not for any service to the country or society. They are consequently inherently unfair and undemocratic.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The submission of nominations for honours and appointments by outgoing Prime Minister's is a convention, and the Government and Parliament cannot prevent outgoing Prime Minister's from submitting such nominations.
