Rt Hon Lord Advocate Initiate Criminal Proceedings by my investigation findings
Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 3 Functions of Director & onwards clearly sets out that Criminal investigation & Proceedings CAN be initiated in any matter by the Attorney General which Includes we find the Rt Hon Lord Advocate who has Audience with the King. I can Petition the King Directly He/Him
This form is NOT declared for Petitioning "The House of Commons" regardless of how green it is. "Parliament" is both houses. The Lords are Them/They. The King is Him/He "Right to Petition the King"
The Lord Advocate is inclusive in parliament and thus there is a lawful way to Petition the Rt Hon Lord Advocate who in fact by law can Initiate an investigation or Prosecution. So this is a legitimate way to Petition by way of Parliament for this and the Committee standards are wrong & need updating
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
We also can't accept petitions which call for actions with regard to specific individuals.
