STOP THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT ROYAL HILL FARM, ROYAL HILL ROAD, SPONDON.
This proposed development needs to be stopped in its tracks. There are twelve rescue horses on the very first field, that would have absolutely nowhere to live. No grazing fields for this amount of horses within 20 miles so this needs to be stopped immediately.
The landowner seems very persistent in wanting to sell the land but clearly has a lack of care towards rescue animals. This is the second proposed development so does not seem to be going away.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about new developments are a matter for the relevant landowners and local planning authority, not the UK Government or Parliament.
If you are concerned about proposals for a new development in your area you could raise this with a local councillor who represents you. You can find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them, by entering your post code here: www.gov.uk/find-your-local-councillors
