HELP NHS get more funding!
The ambulance and the ED department is under so much pressure the nurses and paramedics can’t cope with the volume of calls. Some of the workers are u set that much stress they are having to take sick leave as they can’t cope with the demands at work.
The government could send more funding into the nhs to help release the stress of nurses and paramedics work loads.
Ambulances are taking hours to attend calls and waiting outside the hospitals to even be seen.
There must do something that the government can do to help these people at work as some are having to live with the death of people as they couldn’t get a ambulance there quick enough.
The health minister must know the struggles that are happening and act on this now!!
