Penalise the parent alienating the second party parent from seeing their child.
If the second party parent is active in the child or childrens lives and contributes, shows they are fit to suit the roll then the negative side should be penalised for manipulation and alienation.
This matter sits close to home with my self particularly as I'm being kept away from my children without cause, so I'd say I know how thousands of parents feel who are in the same predicament and with this being the leading cause of suicide in separated single men it's time some big changes were made so parenting is made equal and not like in most cases just to help the mother.
