Scrap GCSEs in England and Wales
Get rid of GCSEs in England and Wales if they get scrapped in Scotland. Prioritise ability over memory.
GCSEs are extremely useless outside the UK if a person wanted to go to a university abroad they will ask about their A-Levels not GCSEs. The only thing these exams do is stress to children for no reason and children with extremely strict parents can be in danger of physical abuse, being kicked out or in some cases being sent to their home country. All this is, is a useless exam which causes unneeded stress to minors.
