Financial Services Compensation Scheme only to apply to banks that meet lending targets.

Additional Information

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) to be changed so that it only applies to banks that meet the government lending targets. This will give a strong market signal as if banks do not lend then depositors will take their money out and put in to banks that are lending and thereby helping to restore the economy.
