Introduce compulsory Third Party insurance to cover dogs.
To introduce a compulsory third party insurance requirement for dog owners to cover injury or property damage caused by their dogs
Too many people are being attacked by dogs and in some cases actually killed. A third party insurance requirement will allow Insurance Companies to set premiums according to breeds and dog attack history. The same way motor insurance is higher for bad drivers.
