Reform private family law.
Many children are suffering ill mental health due to the breakdown in relationships in family law cases.
Safeguarding children is suppose to be at the front of all professionals work. However, many children are being FAILED by the system that is currently in place.
1. Quicker turnover for hearings and better case management
2. Cafcass to thoroughly review and investigate cases so full factual information is shared in order to make decisions.
3. Parental alienation to be identified at earliest opportunity to make decisions on what's best for the child and to protect them from harm.
4. Follow through with punishments on anyone that does not comply with orders inplace

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We can accept petitions calling for changes to private family law, but its application and implementation is largely a matter for social services and the courts, not the Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
