Raise the speed limit for HGVs on the A96
Change the speed limit from 40mph to 50mph for HGVs on the A96.
Lorries doing 40mph on a road with few place to pass and that is also the main artery between two cities is causing major frustration and anger. This subsequently causes people to take risks and cause accidents.
