Give small businesses more protection from getting kicked out for more money.
I would like them to help small businesses have more saftey and protection against being kicked out of commercial premises for the landlord to get more money.
On August 2021 i took a huge step, I left my job and rented a commercial unit in my local town centre. By February 2022 i was moving into a bigger unit as it was going so well. Now sadly someone much bigger has offered more money for my unit and i have simply been handed my notice with no care for what i have put in. I have lost alot financially and emotionally due to spending alot doing this unit up and having worked 7 days a week to grow.
