Empower Neurodiverse Individuals, Don't Just Protect Them!
Recognise and celebrate the unique potential and contributions of neurodiverse individuals to society. Go beyond simply 'protecting' neurodiversity under the Equality Act 2010. Create policies that actively acknowledge, support, and harness the talents and contributions of neurodiverse.
Neurodiversity is legally protected under the Equality Act 2010 but we need to shift perspectives on neurodiversity from a defensive standpoint to a proactive and inclusive one. Neurodiverse bring unique insights and approaches. By recognising strengths, we can combat stigma, provide more targeted support, and promote an inclusive society. We need to focus on potential and productivity, rather than deficit or disability for addressing the current NHS crisis. Transform how services are delivered.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
