Stop allowing Landlords to end secured Tanancy early

Additional Information

When you rent a property the tennant has to sign up for the agreed tenancy period. However the landlord has the right to end it early with 2 months notice. This is totally unfair. Both parties should have to commit to the legal tennacy period. Some small exceptions should exist however such as if a party becomes critically ill.
