Ban the use of prong collars

Additional Information

I am setting up this petition in order to make the use of prong collars illegal. These sick vile collars are a disgrace and in my opinion should be banned from general sale across the world. I think anyone caught using these on their dogs should be fined and put on the animal abuse register.
