Additional Information

Mortgage rates soar to highest level for 15 years

Two-year fixed deal surpassed the peak in the aftermath of the mini-budget last October
The average rate on such a deal is now 6.66% - a level not seen since August 2008 and the financial crisis. There is an expectation
interest rates are going to keep increasing and where are our homeowners going to be by 2024 election?
As a country we have expectations to have an acceptable standard of living and homes we have work hard to keep.
Time for a General Election to be called NOW.
