Change the Sexual Offences Act so women can be charged with rape against males
Change the wording of The Sexual Offences Act 2003 to include both men and women. As men can be raped by women and the law does not address that.
Men can be raped by women and this law does not protect men from such violence. In the Sexual Assult Stats & Facts - 2023 data Approximately 12,000 men (aged 16-59) are raped in the UK every year. And it is likely that the number is much higher due to many men fearing to report rape/ sexual violence. To ensure men are protected and help encourage men to report sexual violence.
