Help to bring the Reema buildings up to the 'Decent Homes Standard'
Tenants living in the 'Reema buildings' have been severely neglected by the councils lack of maintenance. These buildings are plagued with black mould and damp therefore, risking tenants lives everyday. The council refuse to insulate our homes.
We want the Government to put pressure on MK Council to bring our homes up to the 'Decent Homes Standard' We pay service charges along side our rent for our homes to be maintained.
Tenants lives are affected on a daily basis with the Damp/mould -Hot/ cold temperatures.
Asbestos is present in each building, lack of fire doors, concrete falling from the buildings. In order for tenants to live 'comfortably and safe' these regulations need to be bought up to date.
