Outlaw Presumed Consent
Presumed consent should not apply, often such consent is embedded in small print and has no place in honest trading particularly with the consumer.
Consumers should be expressly asked to consent and cannot be bounced into so doing by an act of default.
Government needs to protect the consumer by outlawing "presumed consent".
